Landscape Crew Member

Description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for preparing and maintaining landscape areas per contract specifications.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

| | 20% | | Mow grass using power mowers. | |

| | 20% | | Trim and edge using power weed eater. | |

| | 5% | | Water lawns, trees, and plants using portable sprinkler system, hose | |

| | 5% | | Haul and/or spread topsoil, mulch, straw or pea gravel in lawns or beds. | |

| | 15% | | Pick up trash and debris by hand or using a poker stick, rake or broom. Bag and dispose of trash. | |

| | 15% | | Operate blower to clean sidewalks and driveway. | |

| 5% | | Clear beds for planting and mulching. \*Perform additional labor as needed for special projects or improvements | | |

ESSENTIALQUALIFICATIONS

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EXPERIENCE: Preferred, butnot required; will train if program needs allow.
• ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.
• LICENSES: None required. Valid Driver’s License a plus.
• VEHICLE: None required. Must be able to get to and from work as scheduled.
• OTHER: Must be available and willing to work assigned schedules. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk <
