As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external parties, the role plays a key part in delivering a professional and positive workplace experience. This position provides hands-on exposure to corporate administrative processes while ensuring smooth front desk operations in a fast-paced office environment. Front Desk Management • Act as the first point of contact, delivering a professional and positive workplace experience to visitors and employees • Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including handling enquiries and directing requests to the appropriate teams • Maintain a well-organised and presentable front desk area • Support visitor coordination and basic front desk administration Administrative Support • Assist in office supplies and inventory coordination (e.g., pantry, stationery) • Support purchase-to-pay processes, including basic tracking of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and documentation • Assist in travel management coordination, including request tracking and administrative support • Provide general administrative support such as filing, documentation, and data organisation • Support day-to-day office coordination and assist in ensuring smooth workplace operations Ad Hoc Duties • Assist in office activities or internal events when required • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the supervisor Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
