Line Labor I - Packaging (2nd Shift)

No manufacturing experience? No problem! If you have a solid work history, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Package finished products according to company standards.
• Accurately count and verify product quantities.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety procedures.
• Assist with daily production line startup and shutdown.
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Line Lead or Plant Management.

Schedule is Monday thru Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm + overtime as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 3 hours at a time).
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely follow work instructions and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Military experience is a plus.
