For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com The Application Laundry Specialist manages an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, with primary responsibility for creating value through technical service delivery while identifying opportunities to expand product usage within existing customers. The focus of the role is to maintain revenue, optimise pricing, and improve gross profit performance. While supporting new business development when appropriate, the core responsibility remains account growth and retention. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring revenue retention and profitability growth Deliver on-site technical service and support to create value and strengthen long-term customer relationships Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities within existing accounts to expand product usage Drive revenue growth per account by increasing customer spend and optimising pricing and margin performance Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers and influencers Proactively engage customers through regular reviews and strategic discussions to understand needs and align solutions Promote the organisation’s products and services to increase visibility, engagement, and demand Monitor account performance, including revenue, pricing, and gross profit contribution, and take corrective actions where needed Extensive travelling (varies) Knowledge & Skills Good knowledge of sales, account management, and customer relationship practices Solid understanding of core job requirements, with basic awareness of technical or product-related aspects Ability to analyse customer needs and translate them into commercial and growth opportunities Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at different organisational levels Sound judgement in managing standard activities, data, and reporting to support account performance Ability to work with routine data, prepare standard reports, and support decision-making through structured analysis Fluent English and Czech Benefits 25 days of vacation; Sick leave; Meal allowance; Pension insurance; Group insurance.
