T he r ole

T he Director Investor Relations plays a leading role within the Investor Relations team, as deputy to the Head of Investor Relations , responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, analysts , and other capital market stakeholders.

Th is role ensures the company’s strategy, performance , and value creation story are communicated clearly, consistently and credibly to the market. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, the position partners closely with the CEO, CFO, Finance, Communications , and Legal teams. Th e role sits within Finance function .

What you'll be responsible for

• E xecut ing the Investor Relations strategy
• R efin ing the equity story and investment proposition
• Maintain ing strong relationships with key investors and analysts
• Representing the company towards investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Monitor ing analyst models, consensus forecasts, valuation metrics and market sentiment
• Preparing quarterly earnings and annual results publications and supporting materials
• Partner ing with Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs , and Communications colleagues
• Coordinat ing investor roadshows, conferences, and other meetings
• Provid ing investor feedback, market intelligence , and peer insights
• Support ing during periods of significant corporate change or market volatility
• Leverag ing technology, digit al tools , and AI-enabled insights
• Champion ing best practice a nd support ing development of the I nvestor Relations team

We're looking for someone who has

• D egree or other relevant qualifications in Finance, Economics, Business Administration
• Relevant work experience , including Finance, Investor Relations, or related fields
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation , and capital markets
• Proven experience engaging with investors, analysts, and/or other relevant stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Capacity to combine s tr ategic thinking with financial analysis
• High level of integrity, judgement , and attention to detail
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-profile, fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Executive presence and presentation skills
• Strong project management and organization/coordination skill s
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , plus experience with IR and CRM platforms
