Location: 101 Maiden Lane, Tower City
This position is for morning shift, 5:30 am - 1:30 pm. Shifts may change with store needs. Flexibility is preferred.

The Opportunity
The Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and accurately processing fuel and merchandise sales. This role ensures shelves are stocked, products are available, and store operations run efficiently while supporting overall profitability.
This position is for the afternoon shift, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm. Shifts may change based on store needs. Flexibility is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer experiences on every interaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment
- Prepare food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
- Handle cash, funds, and merchandise responsibly
- Complete shift reports, including closing and balancing the cash register
- Verify customer identification for restricted purchases and follow all regulations
- Support store operations and assist with tasks as needed
- Adapt to customer needs and apply sales techniques to support store profitability
Requirements
Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment
Basic knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
