About The Role
Job Description The Position MUST BE LOCATED in the METRO SAN JUAN Area. The Customer Sales Representative will manage the business relationship between the company and assigned HCP’s with the following goals: Educate and support appropriate biosimilar adoption by communicating approved messages with Health Care Providers (HCP), Health Care Business Professionals (HBP). Serve as primary point of contact across all clinical (HCP), business (HBP). Optimize pull through activities across the dermatology portfolio Identify and advance business opportunities while building strong B2B relationship with targeted customers business analytic tools & resources Ensure proper oversight and compliance with all company policies and exercising appropriate financial stewardship Responsibilities Engage & support appropriate biosimilar adoption with the following: Health Care Providers and Health Care Business Professionals across physician office segment & hospital segment (as applicable) Regularly monitor business performance against objectives using company-provided data analytics (Veeva platform) Identifies key current and future business opportunities; make information available to relevant stakeholders to support the identified customer and organizational needs Communicate to customers the clinical value proposition for assigned products using approved messages and resources Develops strategic and tactical plans for assigned accounts; conducts routine business reviews across customer segments Required Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree required Bachelor’s degree candidates: 2+ years of recent Sales or Account Management experience Strategic account planning Demonstrated leadership skills and success working in cross-functional teams Strong interpersonal and communication skills, executive presence Data Analytics capability This territory covers all of San Juan, Puerto Rico Who We Are: Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives. The applicable salary range for this position in the U.S. is stated below. Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
