About The Role
As a Product Owner reporting to the Sr. Manager of Listings Product Management, you'll play a critical role in shaping innovative, AI-enabled solutions for regulated client-facing platforms and internal tools within Nasdaq's Listings organization. You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve workflows and deliver exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Own and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews to deliver high-quality features in collaboration with cross-functional scrum teams. Design and reimagine end-to-end workflows to optimize efficiency, usability, and regulatory compliance across client-facing and internal platforms — including developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. Identify, envision, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance product capabilities, streamline processes, and improve user experiences; stay current with AI developments relevant to product management and financial services. Manage relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders — facilitating meetings, coordinating priorities, and communicating project status, roadmaps, and issues clearly across all levels of the organization. Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, coordinating work scheduling and delivery across teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product development and workflow optimization. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, CPO, or equivalent). Experience in financial services, capital markets, or a regulated industry.
