  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Customs Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.

  • WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

POSITION: ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGER

Job Summary

The Accounting & Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS), Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations.

This role leads the budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes, while providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

The manager will also mentor the accounting team and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen financial accountability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 35 – 40 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required).
  • MBA preferred.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar role, with proven success in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of PFRS, PAS, and BIR regulations.
  • Experience with budgeting/forecasting software is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English & Filipino).
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Amenable to work onsite at Escolta Street, Binondo, Manila.
