About The Role
As a Sr. QA Specialist reporting to VP – Product Management, you'll play a critical role in defining and executing the test strategy for AI-enabled solutions delivered through the AxiomSL platform - ensuring their quality, reliability, and performance across the full development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Define and execute test strategies across AI-enabled software solutions, platform components, and agentic workflows. Design, build, and maintain AI-driven automation tools to support validation, repeatability, and continuous quality monitoring. Validate functional, integration, regression, and performance outcomes across core platform components and AI-driven capabilities. Build and maintain automated test coverage for APIs, services, data flows, platform integrations, and AI evaluation workflows. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify defects, improve quality standards, and support reliable releases. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or quality engineering for enterprise applications. Experience testing AI/ML-enabled products or platform capabilities, including validating AI-driven functionality in production or near-production environments. Strong Python and SQL skills to support test automation, data validation, and QA workflows for AI-driven systems. Clear communicator with experience collaborating across engineering, product, and client-facing teams in matrixed environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/LLM evaluation, testing, or observability frameworks for non-deterministic systems. Experience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated technology environments. Familiarity with contributing to QA strategies for AI-first or intelligent software platforms. Benefits & Rewards We offer a competitive, well-rounded rewards package that supports you and your family - inside and outside work. The annual gross base pay for this role is zł146,000 - zł285,000. The pay range you see reflects the full salary band for this job level, including room for progression over time. The actual offer will depend on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will fall within a portion of the posted range that’s appropriate for this role.
