THE DAY TO DAY

• Perform complete structural and non-structural collision repairs to OEM standards
• Analyze damage and execute repairs using proper repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Repair or replace damaged body panels, frame components, and structural assemblies
• Perform panel fitting, metal finishing, and precise body alignment
• Work closely with estimators, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair process
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure every repair meets Winner Automotive Group and manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

THE RIGHT FIT

• 8+ years of professional collision repair experience
• Current I-CAR Certification required
• Ford Certifications a definite plus!
• Experience working in an OEM Certified collision repair facility is highly preferred
• Strong structural and non-structural repair skills
• Ability to interpret repair procedures and follow OEM guidelines
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and productivity
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
