Nasdaq Technology is looking for a passionate Information Developer Specialist with focus on Technical Writing and Help Center Release Management, to join the Mumbai technology center in India. As an Information Developer Specialist, you will serve as the Mumbai location lead for Information Development — establishing team practices, collaboration, and onboarding, while acting as a key bridge between Mumbai and the wider team, with strong ownership of day-to-day work. We are looking for candidates with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technology solutions to today's markets. With this position we offer Join the Information Development organization, a global team driving the digitalization of product information and expanding the use of Help Centers, continuously improving how customers learn, embrace, and operate Nasdaq Eqlipse products — mission-critical solutions delivered to financial market infrastructure organizations, including exchanges and clearing houses. Role Responsibilities As an Information Developer, your focus will be developing and publishing product information to modern Help Centers. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Sweden, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries. Own Help Center Release Management activities and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of product information. Support day-to-day guidance, review, and local team coordination in Mumbai. Plan for upcoming releases, update Jiras, review scope from junior team members, and approve for delivery. Partner closely with developers, business analysts, product teams, to create, update, and improve Help Center articles and other content. Work in structured authoring and version-controlled environments. We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications) Engineering degree or equivalent technical background. Experience in technical writing, information development, or a similar role in a software environment. Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to work independently and bring structure to complex, fast-moving work. Excellent judgment in turning technical input into useful, concise, user-focused information. Experience improving existing processes, methods, or content workflows. Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills. Confidence to guide others informally and help establish a strong local team environment. It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications) Experience writing product information for online delivery through Help Centers or self-service portals. Experience with XML-based authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Git, Jira, or similar tools. Experience in financial technology, especially trading systems or capital markets. Experience working in agile product organizations. Familiarity with information architecture, structured content, analytics, or content design for digital user experiences. Does it sound like you?
