What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

  • Help residents regain independence in daily activities like dressing, bathing, mobility, and cognition
  • Design personalized therapy plans that reflect each resident’s goals, not just diagnoses
  • Use evidence-based interventions to drive meaningful functional outcomes
  • Partner with nurses, PTs, SLPs, and physicians as part of a strong interdisciplinary team
  • Educate residents and families so progress continues beyond therapy sessions

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing
  • Passion for helping others regain independence and confidence
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • SNF or post-acute experience preferred, but new grads welcome with mentorship support
