QA Field Engineer（质量驻场工程师）

 

• Review Manufacturing and Technical Audits audit reports
• Quickly identify any gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Be onsite in factory and work in process improvement with factory Management
• Accompany QIMA auditor onsite during review audits 
• Review PSI reports and identify failures for improvement with factories
• Drive improvement on specific areas within agreed timelines.
• Weekly meetings with brand to identify focus points and plan onsite missions
• Onsite mission (factories): 65% of the time.

 

• Textile or Mechanical Engineering degree; other engineering degrees may also be considered
• At least 10 years of experience in textile/apparel manufacturing and quality
• Strong technical background, preferably in garment technology
• Not only a QC background, but also solid manufacturing experience
• Strong field-based capability combined with office-based reporting and coordination
• Ability to train, coach, and influence suppliers with different levels of technical maturity
• High credibility with mill engineers and technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured follow-up mindset
• Good written English communication and expression skills
