• Are you reliable, hard-working, and ready to stay active on the job? We’re looking for a Route Assistant to help keep our deliveries running smoothly and efficiently every day!
• Important: This is a dynamic role—you will not be assigned to a fixed route. Routes may change daily based on business needs and delivery volume, so flexibility is key!

What You’ll Do

• #### Assist the driver with daily route navigation
• #### Help deliver, stock, and rotate products at customer locations
• #### Work on different routes each day to support team needs
• #### Safely lift and move products (35–50 lbs regularly, up to 150 lbs occasionally)
• #### Keep the truck, trailer, and equipment clean and organized
• #### Act as a safety spotter when the driver is backing up the vehicle
• #### Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• #### Pitch in with other duties as needed
