Engineer 2, Chemical Process

Job Summary: Provide technical supports to plating and wet chemical related process problems in Front End, Assembly, System manufacturing areas. Collaborate with other departments to develop new tools, fixtures, equipment, chemicals, materials for process and product developments, and solving production technical issues. Ensure machines operate smoothly, and collect, analyze data to improve processes further. Work with cross-department engineers and staffs to implement process problem solving and improvement, and qualification projects to meet departmental objectives towards cost saving and quality improvement.
