- This role generates pipeline through owned events, curated roundtables, and high-signal executive gatherings.
- Events are treated as revenue-generating infrastructure.
CORE MANDATE
The Events Lead is accountable for
- Designing revenue-focused events
- Generating qualified pipeline from events
- Managing event-to-opportunity conversion
- Building recurring event frameworks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan executive roundtables and industry sessions
- Partner with Sales Directors on event strategy
- Track event-attributed revenue
- Optimize event ROI and conversion metrics
