ROLE OVERVIEW
- Rwazi’s Community function represents the human surface area of the company — contributors, mappers, enterprise clients, and ecosystem partners.
- The Senior Community Manager owns ecosystem strategy.
- This role defines how these groups connect, interact, and reinforce one another within the broader Rwazi network.
- Community at this level is not messaging.
- It is network architecture.
- The Senior Community Manager ensures Rwazi’s ecosystem compounds in trust, density, and strategic value over time.
CORE MANDATE
The Senior Community Manager is accountable for
- Designing the structure of Rwazi’s ecosystem
- Strengthening relationships across users, mappers, clients, and partners
- Creating cross-node interaction within the network
- Increasing ecosystem resilience and loyalty
- Protecting long-term trust capital
This role builds durable relational infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ECOSYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
- Define how contributors, enterprise users, and partners interact
- Design structured engagement models across stakeholder groups
- Create pathways for collaboration and shared value
- Reduce ecosystem fragmentation
MULTI-STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIP STRATEGY
- Maintain strong relationships across core ecosystem segments
- Identify trust gaps or sentiment risk early
- Develop structured communication strategies per segment
- Balance enterprise professionalism with grassroots authenticity
COMMUNITY-TO-PRODUCT FEEDBACK LOOPS
- Surface structured ecosystem insights to Product and Leadership
- Identify recurring friction patterns across stakeholders
- Translate ecosystem signals into strategic adjustments
IDENTITY & NARRATIVE STEWARDSHIP
- Strengthen Rwazi’s identity within its network
- Develop rituals, recognition systems, and shared milestones
- Protect tone, positioning, and relational clarity
STRATEGIC EXPANSION SUPPORT
- Support VP of Community in scaling ecosystem footprint
- Evaluate new market or segment entry from a network perspective
- Identify ecosystem-driven growth opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate
- 6–10+ years in community, ecosystem, or network leadership roles
- Experience managing multi-sided platforms (marketplace, SaaS, or distributed networks)
- Strong relationship-building ability across different stakeholder types
- Strategic thinking around network effects
- Analytical comfort with retention, density, and ecosystem health metrics
- Executive communication clarity
Candidates may come from marketplace ecosystems, enterprise SaaS community leadership, or multi-stakeholder platforms.
