Position Overview

  • We are hiring a Maintenance Technician / Handyman with strong multi-trade experience to support residential and HOA properties.
  • This role is ideal for someone skilled in electrical, drywall, painting, and exterior repairs who takes pride in high-quality work, reliability, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete maintenance, repair, and installation work orders across multiple properties
  • Perform electrical repairs (outlets, switches, lighting, GFCIs, ceiling fans, breaker panels)
  • Handle drywall repair, patching, and installation
  • Execute interior and exterior painting and staining
  • Perform exterior maintenance (siding, fascia, gutters, seal coating)
  • Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems and fixtures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
  • Communicate effectively with property managers and HOA clients
  • Manage time efficiently and complete jobs right the first time

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Roofing experience
  • Masonry experience
  • Welding experience

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of maintenance technician, handyman, or multi-trade experience
  • Experience working in residential, HOA, or property management environments
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, drywall, and general repairs
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Own basic hand tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
