The role

  • You own hiring. Not just filling roles — building the team.
  • You work directly with founders, product, and engineering to figure out what we need, then go out and get it. No layers, no approvals theatre, no “waiting for sign-off”.
  • You’ll shape how we hire, who we hire, and how fast we move.
  • What you’ll do
  • Own end-to-end hiring across product, engineering, and beyond
  • Find and engage high-quality candidates — not just active job seekers
  • Cut through noise — identify who’s actually good and who just interviews well
  • Design hiring processes that are fast, fair, and actually useful
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles properly (not vague wishlists)
  • Keep candidates informed, respected, and treated like humans
  • Constantly improve how we hire — what works stays, what doesn’t gets killed

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Experience hiring for product and/or engineering roles
  • Strong instinct for talent — you know what “good” looks like
  • Comfortable pushing back when something doesn’t make sense
  • Able to move fast without lowering the bar
  • Clear communicator, high ownership, low ego
