About The Role
- Implement retail business rule& application scorecard in Retail Credit Decision Engine.
- Review business requirement (BRD or CR) which is required to implement in Credit Decision Engine to ensure that the requests are complete, accurate, and in line with objectives & good risk management.
- Prepare Logical Business Rule Manual, data element and gap/impact analysis to vendor for Business Rule development and verify correctness of Business Rule configuration before testing
- Prepare User Requirement relating to configuration of scorecard and rating model
- Prepare test scripts for UAT testing for business rule, scorecard and rating
- Perform UAT testing and coordinate with business user team to perform UAT E2E testing
- Perform verification of on UAT ,STG and Production environment to ensure that the changes are completed with correctness before and after production deployment
- Perform maker role for scorecard maintenance and rating counter on production environment.
- Review Credit Decision Engine document which are Data dictionary, Interface document, User Manual, unit test document, Performance Test Report
- Manage CR log, Defect log and all documents related to Credit Decision Engine implementation.
- Work with IT responsible for Credit Decision Engine to fix the issue if Business Rule or Scorecard is/ are found.
- Monitor and control efficiency of Credit Decision Engine to ensure accuracy & efficiency of Credit Decision Engine.
- Perform monthly monitoring performance report on Credit Decision Engine response time.
- Perorm monthly back scoring of retail product to Group Risk
- Works with stakeholders to build the regional operation model and the regional succession plan
