We’re hiring a B2B Graphic Designer who knows how to design for performance — not just aesthetics .

This role is focused on creating high-converting static ad creatives for cold audiences across

  • LinkedIn
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google Display
  • You’ll take messaging, ICP insights, and campaign strategy — and turn them into creatives that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions .

What You’ll Own

  1. Performance Ad Creative Design
  • Design high-converting B2B ad creatives for:
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Display Network
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Translate messaging into clear, scroll-stopping visuals
  • Create multiple variations for:
  • Headlines
  • Layouts
  • CTAs
  • Design assets in multiple sizes/formats
  1. Creative Strategy & Testing
  • Turn ICP insights into creative direction
  • Understand B2B buyer psychology
  • Design with:
  • Attention hierarchy
  • Clarity of message
  • Strong CTA placement
  • Support A/B testing across creatives
  • Iterate based on performance data
  1. Collaboration with Marketing & Growth
  • Work closely with marketing and demand gen teams
  • Align creatives with:
  • Campaign goals
  • Messaging frameworks
  • Funnel stages
  • Contribute ideas during campaign brainstorming
  • Improve creatives based on performance feedback
  1. Scalable Creative Production
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Build reusable:
  • Templates
  • Creative systems
  • Asset libraries
  • Ensure consistent brand quality across campaigns
  • Improve speed and efficiency of creative production
  1. AI-Enhanced Design Workflow
  • Use tools like:
  • Midjourney
  • Adobe Firefly
  • ChatGPT
  • Accelerate:
  • Ideation
  • Concept creation
  • Creative iteration

  • OR Canva
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Conversion-focused design
  • Visual hierarchy

  • Experience using AI tools for creative workflows

  • Experience with:

  • Demand generation campaigns
  • Understanding of:
