About the Role

  • We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting .
  • In this role, you’ll engage inbound leads, run discovery calls, and execute outbound campaigns to generate qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives.

Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Inbound Management

  • Respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website forms, and events
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess:
  • Needs
  • Budget
  • Decision process
  • Timeline
  • Qualify leads using frameworks like SPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger

Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Growth

  • Execute outbound campaigns using:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Apollo
  • ZoomInfo
  • Build and run multi-channel outreach sequences (email, calls, LinkedIn)
  • Personalize messaging to increase engagement and response rates

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Nurture early-stage leads until they are sales-ready
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in:
  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • Zoho

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Track and report:
  • Activity metrics (calls, emails, outreach)
  • Conversion rates
  • Pipeline performance
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve outreach and qualification

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience with:
  • CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Sales engagement tools and prospecting platforms
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Highly organized and metrics-driven
  • Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services
  • Familiarity with SPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger sales methodologies
  • Experience with high-volume outbound prospecting
