About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth, lead generation, and qualified opportunities for a fast-growing B2B company.

This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role where you will

  • Own inbound + outbound lead qualification
  • Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Drive pipeline and revenue growth

What You’ll Do

Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Respond to inbound leads from:
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Website forms
  • Events
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess:
  • Needs
  • Budget
  • Decision-making process
  • Timeline
  • Qualify leads and move them into the sales pipeline

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Build and execute outbound campaigns using:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Apollo
  • ZoomInfo
  • Run multi-channel outreach:
  • Cold emails
  • Cold calls
  • LinkedIn messaging
  • Create personalized sequences to increase reply rates and engagement

Pipeline Development & CRM Management

  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in:
  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • Zoho
  • Document:
  • Lead qualification
  • Notes
  • Opportunity stages
  • Keep pipeline clean, updated, and actionable

Lead Nurturing & Collaboration

  • Nurture early-stage leads until sales-ready
  • Collaborate with sales teams on:
  • Pipeline reviews
  • Strategy sessions
  • Share insights to improve messaging and outreach performance

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track:
  • Activity metrics (calls, emails, outreach)
  • Conversion rates
  • Pipeline contribution
  • Continuously improve outreach and qualification processes

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong communicator with excellent English (written + verbal)
  • Confident in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Organized, metrics-driven, and highly accountable
  • Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
  • Able to balance high volume + high-quality outreach

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in:
  • BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales roles
  • Proven track record of:
  • Meeting quotas
  • Booking qualified meetings
  • Experience with:
  • CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Sales tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (remote)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in:
  • B2B SaaS, tech, or professional services
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies:
  • SPIN
  • MEDDIC
  • Challenger
  • Experience running structured outbound campaigns

Key Metrics for Success

  • 10–15 discovery calls per week
  • 8–12 qualified opportunities per month
  • Lead → opportunity conversion rates
  • Daily/weekly activity targets (calls, emails, outreach)
  • 100% CRM data accuracy
