  • Weโ€™re hiring a relationship-driven and highly polished Charter Sales Executive to manage and close high-value private aviation charter deals.
  • This is not a transactional sales role.

Youโ€™ll be responsible for

โœ… managing inbound charter inquiries

โœ… building relationships with high-net-worth clients

โœ… creating tailored private flight solutions

โœ… closing high-ticket bookings

High-Ticket Charter Sales & Deal Conversion

  • Manage inbound charter inquiries from prospective and returning clients
  • Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed charter bookings
  • Recommend tailored aircraft and flight solutions based on:

  • aircraft preferences
  • Maximize revenue while maintaining premium client service standards
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals confidently in a fast-moving environment

Client Relationship Management (White-Glove Experience)

  • Build long-term relationships with:

  • luxury clientele
  • Deliver a luxury-level customer experience from inquiry to completed flight
  • Maintain proactive communication and responsiveness throughout the booking process
  • Drive repeat business through exceptional relationship management

End-to-End Charter Coordination

  • Coordinate internally to ensure flawless execution and operational alignment
