Charter Sales Executive (Private Aviation, High-Ticket Sales) – Remote | EST Hours

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: EST (with rotating on-call coverage)

About the Role

  • We’re hiring a Charter Sales Executive to manage and close high-value private jet charter deals .
  • This is a relationship-driven, high-ticket sales role — not transactional sales.

You will

  • Handle inbound charter inquiries
  • Build relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Create tailored flight solutions
  • Close deals while delivering a white-glove experience

What You’ll Own

  1. High-Ticket Sales & Deal Conversion
  • Manage inbound charter inquiries
  • Convert qualified leads into closed deals
  • Recommend tailored flight solutions based on client needs
  • Maximize revenue while maintaining premium service standards
  1. Client Relationship Management (White-Glove Experience)
  • Build long-term relationships with high-value clients
  • Deliver a seamless experience from inquiry → booking → post-flight
  • Ensure repeat business through exceptional service
  1. End-to-End Client Experience
  • Guide clients through:
  • Aircraft selection
  • Pricing
  • Logistics
  • Provide proactive updates and communication
  • Ensure a smooth, luxury-level experience at every touchpoint
  1. Communication & Coordination
  • Communicate across:
  • Slack
  • WhatsApp
  • Email & phone
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
  • Support 24/7 coverage via rotating schedules
  1. CRM & Sales Tracking
  • Maintain accurate records in:
  • Salesforce or similar
  • Track pipeline, deals, and client interactions
  • Ensure clean and structured sales data

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Experience in:
  • Private aviation
  • Luxury services
  • Travel or hospitality
  • Familiarity with:
  • Avinode
  • Knowledge of:
  • Private jet types and specifications
  • Part 135 operations
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions
