About the Role
- We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, and social media channels.
- This is a hands-on execution role focused on driving traffic, engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance across paid and organic channels.

What You’ll Do
Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing
- Conduct keyword research and campaign structuring
- Write and test high-converting ad copy
- Optimize CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Identify and execute campaign performance improvements
Social Media Management & Engagement
- Manage engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions
- Support content scheduling, captions, and post optimization
- Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth
SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research using SEMrush or similar SEO tools
- Optimize metadata, content, headings, and internal linking
- Support technical SEO improvements and on-page optimization
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance
- Identify content opportunities and keyword gaps
Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign performance across paid, social, and organic channels
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4
- Prepare reports with insights, recommendations, and optimization plans
- Maintain organized documentation of campaign updates and performance changes
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- 3+ years of social media management and engagement experience
- Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of PPC metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROAS
- Experience with Google Analytics 4
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with content marketing workflows and marketing automation tools

- Review campaign dashboards and marketing metrics
- Optimize Google Ads campaigns and ad creatives
- Respond to social media engagement and monitor audience activity
- Update SEO content and keyword strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports and recommendations for ongoing optimization
