Competitive pay up to $50 per hour based upon experience. W-2 position. $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires!

As a Speech Therapist with The Arc of the Ozarks, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly inside school environments, meeting students *right where they are* and providing support in one of the most pivotal developmental settings of their lives. What You’ll Do

• Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver services on-site in schools, building relationships with students, teachers, and the educational team
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals
• Support and supervise SLP-A
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to create measurable progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the Missouri DESE qualification standard
• Continue growing through professional development
• Be available on-site two days per week

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Missouri SLP license
• ASHA CCCs
• ​​​​Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of communication disorders
• Commitment to student-centered, school-based intervention
• Passion for making a difference through connection, compassion, and communication
