About The Role

Calix provides the cloud, software platforms, systems and services required for communications service providers to simplify their businesses, excite their subscribers and grow their value. Key Responsibilities Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Facilitate effective communication across teams, proactively identifying and resolving risks, roadblocks, and dependencies. Track program progress, report status updates, and escalate issues as needed to leadership and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing lessons learned and implementing best practices in program management. Ensure alignment of technical deliverables with business goals and customer requirements. Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships as required for program success. Champion a collaborative and inclusive team environment, fostering innovation and accountability. Administer and optimize program workflows using Jira, including configuring boards, managing backlogs, and generating actionable reports for leadership. Oversee the end-to-end release management process, coordinating release schedules, ensuring successful deployments, and managing communications with stakeholders before, during, and after releases. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical architectures. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.
