About The Role
What you'll do

- Represent the company in local business partnerships, and other speaking engagements

- Strategize for local business development opportunities

- Lead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accounts

- Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities, and retention.

- Reports directly to the Sales Manager

What you'll need

- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams.

- Strong data analytic skills

- Great industry knowledge with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding team targets

- Must be willing to work within the office on a daily basis and travel for business when / where needed.
- Willing to work onsite in Lalamove Pampanga Hub- Brgy. Pandan, Angeles, Pampanga
