Driver Operations Senior Associate

What you’ll do

• Grow Lalamove offline presence on the street by keep increasing the number of Lalamove sticker drivers and Lalabag in Jabodetabek Area
• Manage all offline presence operations activity consist of acquisition and retention of the Lalamove Sticker Drivers.
• Maintain driver communication initiatives (phone calls, WA, and in-app notifications) in relation to inviting drivers to come to hubs, also educating drivers about sticker SOP.
• Monitor the operations of 3 Hubs and Call Ops team in Jakarta
• Directly managed 2 associates + 4 call agents + 4 sticker installers support
• Grow and maintain 3rd party hubs/vendors in Jabodetabek area
• In charge of the offline presence inventory (stock availability for sticker & Lalabag, weekly stock inventory) and distributions
• Reporting to Offline Presence Lead

What you'll need

• Technical Skills and Data Handling: Basic spreadsheet proficiency (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)
• Graduated from a reputable university. Majoring in operations management and industrial engineering is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in operations department and managing a medium-scale team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
