The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, with proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance organizational performance and employee growth.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Experience supporting international travel accounts
• At least 4 years of Training Supervisor experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs and curricula
• Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps
• Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees
• Monitor and report on training metrics and ROI
