Compensation

• Performance-based pay plan
• $35.00 – $60.00 per flag hour, based on your level of General Motors training and National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications
• Unlimited earning potential for high performers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in EV & ICE vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Organized, efficient, and professional
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Desire for continued personal and professional growth
• GM training and ASE certifications strongly preferred, but we will support the right candidate achieve World Class Status with GM
