  • 11PM to 8AM

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Mentor Sales Assistants to achieve targets, monitor quality, and conduct performance reviews with training support.
  • Sales Operations & Frontline Engagement: Manage sales activities, client inquiries, communication, call quality, CRM accuracy, and process improvements.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to analyze trends and identify improvements.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Handle escalations, ensure timely client communication, and collaborate internally.
  • Administrative Oversight: Support daily sales operations, documentation, and ensure organized records and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required (or High School diploma with solid professional experience for at least 3 years)
  • Excellent English communication
  • At least 3 years of experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS)
  • At least 2 years tenure in Supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, English skills, and workflow management
  • US night shift, tool proficiency, high call volume comfort
  • Coaching passion, sales/customer support results.
