About The Role
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team onsite in Bicutan. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Provide product and service information to customers as needed
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Must have bachelor’s degree
- Open to fresh graduates of medical-related courses; or
- Non-medical degree holders with at least 1 year of customer care support experience (face-to-face), preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Must be knowledgeable in taking blood pressure.
- Must be computer literate.
- Can converse in English
