About The Role

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing Fraud account in Taguig City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Protect customers and reduce fraud while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Review accounts, transactions, and patterns to detect and prevent fraud.
  • Identify trends that separate legitimate vs. fraudulent activity.
  • Handle calls regarding potential fraud and confirm activity with customers.
  • Use internal and external tools to determine if activity is fraudulent.
  • Solve problems, find root causes, and recommend solutions.

Requirements

  • At least a High School Graduate
  • Must have at least 6 months of solid BPO experience
  • Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work fully on-site in BGC Taguig
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
