Customer Service Representative (Insurance Account) - MOA Pasay

About The Role
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for our growing Insurance account based in MOA Pasay. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, handle inquiries related to insurance products and claims, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and claims via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product and service information clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with team and management to improve customer service delivery
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- At least a SHS Graduate or completed 2nd year in college
- Must have at least 12 months of solid international BPO experience
- Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
- Amenable to work fully on-site in MOA Pasay
- Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
