Customer Service Representative - Pasig

About The Role
We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Pasig. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- College Graduates with or without BPO experience OR
- At least a High School Graduate / SHS Graduate w/ 6 months of international BPO experience
- Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
- Amenable to work fully on-site in Pasig
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
