IT Network Manager (Alabang)

Work Setup: Onsite (Alabang)

Work Schedule: Flexible with mid or night shift schedule

Requirements

• At least 8 years of hands-on networking experience (i.e. firewalls, routing, and switching). Must be the most recent experience.
• Expertise with CISCO Devices.

Education

• College Degree

Mandatory Certification (At least one of the following; Active or recently expired)

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Key Responsibilities

• Network Operations: Designing, configuring, installing, and maintaining network hardware and software (servers, routers, switches, cabling).
• Security & Compliance: Implementing and managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network security protocols to protect data.
• Monitoring & Support: Proactively monitoring system performance to minimize downtime and resolving high-level network outages.
• Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and directing network staff and technicians.
• Strategic Planning: Upgrading network infrastructure, evaluating new technology, and managing vendor relationships/contracts.
