Operations Manager (Quezon City) | Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Shift: Monday-Friday; 8pm - 5am or 11pm - 8am (to be finalized during the JO with the HM); Fixed weekends off

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Product, Project, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless performance aligned with company goals.
• Monitor operations to identify growth opportunities and drive cross-functional projects to completion on schedule.
• Collaborate with IT and Accounting to optimize systems and ensure accurate financial processes.
• Develop operational policies, manage resources and timelines, and promote continuous improvement for enhanced efficiency.
• Foster communication and collaboration for a unified, high-performing organization.

Non-negotiable Requirements

• At least 2 years of equivalent experience as an Operations Manager supporting a B2B account for tech products
• Able to handle different teams all at once – covers compliance and performance
• Knowledge in tech products
• BPO experience with B2B experience in the US Market
• Strong English communication skills
• College level with TOR
