About The Role

We are currently seeking Service Desk Associates to join a growing team in BGC Taguig. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and excellent customer service to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to service desk requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to end-users
  • Document all incidents and resolutions accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes

Requirements

  • Completed at least 1st year in college
  • Has 18 months of experience handling a Service Desk Role, Hard Core Tech Support, or Computer Troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work on-site in BGC Taguig
  • Able to work in a shifting schedule
