About The Role

Join a pioneering team as a Technical Support Representative for a US Payroll Account in Quezon City. You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our clients by leveraging your technical expertise and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to human capital management systems and services via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues within the system
  • Provide comprehensive guidance and solutions to enhance user experience
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide informed support
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets focusing on customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Requirements

  • At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience handling an international voice account
  • Prior experience handling human capital management tools (i.e. Kronos, Workday) is a plus
  • Prior experience handling a Telco or troubleshooting is an advantage
  • Must be fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work fully on-site in Quezon City
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
