About The Role
Join a pioneering team as a Technical Support Representative for a US Payroll Account in Quezon City. You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our clients by leveraging your technical expertise and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to human capital management systems and services via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues within the system
- Provide comprehensive guidance and solutions to enhance user experience
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide informed support
- Achieve and exceed performance targets focusing on customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Requirements
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
- Must have at least 1 year of experience handling an international voice account
- Prior experience handling human capital management tools (i.e. Kronos, Workday) is a plus
- Prior experience handling a Telco or troubleshooting is an advantage
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English
- Amenable to work fully on-site in Quezon City
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
