Qualifications

• College Graduate
• At least 3 years of professional experience working as a Workforce Management (WFM) specialist or Real-Time Analyst (RTA), demonstrating a strong ability to manage and optimize workforce schedules and real-time operations effectively.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools, enabling efficient handling and interpretation of large datasets to support decision-making processes.

Job Description

• Maintain and update headcount and capacity planners to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop accurate forecasts for volume, productivity, and shrinkages.
• Generate comprehensive monthly reports for individual accounts.
• Validate hiring decisions and internal transfers to maintain optimal staffing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on capacity planning and recruitment.
• Lead, mentor, and train team members to enhance their performance.
