The core mission is to proactively improve employee well-being, reduce stress-related incidents, and ensure the program delivers measurable business and people impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning and Program Management (Program Development)
  • Lead the annual strategic planning, design, and implementation of the Mental Health Program, defining objectives, initiatives, and clear metrics for success.
  • Develop a program redundancy plan to reduce dependency on a single individual, ensuring the program's continuity.
  • Design and maintain systems for program evaluation, including a Mental Health Program Impact Dashboard, correlating participation data with key HR metrics like retention, engagement, and incident reduction.
  1. Direct Counseling and Intervention
  • Provide confidential one-on-one support sessions and facilitate support group sessions for employees across all levels and sites.
  • Proactively conduct wellness checks, especially following employee Incident Reports (IRs), to identify stress drivers before they escalate into formal complaints or attrition.
  • Serve as a non-HR point of contact for employees with personal struggles, providing a safe space for communication and reflection.
  1. Assessment, Analysis, and Reporting
  • Conduct surveys (e.g., Employee Well-Being Survey) and coordinate Department Listening Sessions to uncover the real drivers behind stress, burnout, and disengagement.
  • Analyze assessment data to identify and prioritize common stress patterns (e.g., workload, health, personal issues, team conflict) and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Prepare and present regular (monthly and quarterly) reports on program reach, employee sentiment, and quantifiable impact to management.
  1. Wellness and Engagement Activities
  • Plan, organize, and lead company-wide and site-specific wellness and engagement activities, ensuring alignment with the core mental health mandate.
  • Coordinate with HR and Branding teams for logistics, promotion, and assistance with projects.
  • Manage the program budget, including submitting funding requests and providing detailed liquidation reports for activities.
