Content & Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Content & Digital Marketing Assistant to support our growing digital presence. If you love creating engaging content, editing videos, designing eye-catching graphics, and helping execute email marketing campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.

Work Setup: Remote

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Virtual Assistant
• Schedule: TBD (preferred overlap with client/business hours if needed)
• Rate: $5 to $6/hr Commensurate with Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and YouTube
• Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple digital platforms
• Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaign s (newsletters, promotional emails, automations, etc.)
• Collaborate on content ideas, campaign concepts, and digital growth initiatives
• Track basic campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Strong video editing skills
• Graphic design experience ( Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent )
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or similar
• Good understanding of social media content trends and platform best practices
• Basic knowledge of branding, content strategy, and audience engagement
• Strong written English communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly
