Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Technical Support Representative
- Handle inbound voice calls for a US healthcare support account
- Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance to customers over the phone
- Troubleshoot system, access, and process-related issues
- Manage irate or distressed callers with empathy and composure
- Accurately document call interactions and resolutions
- Adhere to US healthcare compliance and operational standards
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors or managers
- Work closely with team leads and management in an onsite environment
