What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers needing technical support
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with POS systems and related devices
• Use remote tools to diagnose, fix, and guide customers through solutions
• Coordinate with field technicians when onsite support is needed
• Document cases accurately and follow incident management best practices
• Identify patterns in recurring issues and contribute to improvements
• Escalate complex problems when necessary while ensuring smooth handoffs
• Help build and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
• Support teammates through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing
• Participate in ongoing training, quality reviews, and team initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• ✅ 1–2 years experience in technical support, help desk, or similar role
• ✅ Strong communication and customer-first mindset
• ✅ Confidence handling customers via phone, email, chat, and remote tools
• ✅ Technical curiosity and solid problem-solving skills
• ✅ Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
• ✅ Foreign language skills are a plus (depending on business needs)
