Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Scottsdale , Tempe , Glendale , and Mesa !

We are a unified team of doctors and therapists , specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders.

Position Overview

  • This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.
  • Clinical & Administrative Support
  • Hybrid f lexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks
  • Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance
  • Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties
  • Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics
  • BT Managers for performance and operational support
  • BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing

Learning & Advancement

  • Internal CEUs and virtual trainings
  • Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings
  • Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV
  • Growth into leadership , training, consultative, and operational roles

Compensation & Productivity

  • Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month
  • Base Salary: $95,000 and $105,000
  • Bonus: $70 to $77 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
  • BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
  • LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
