We are seeking an experienced and compassionate ASC PRN Registered Nurse to join our surgical team in Sandy Springs . This PRN role is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and coordination of patient care from pre-operative to post-operative stages (pre-op, PACU, OR duties). The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative period
  • Serve as a circulating or scrub nurse, using specialized nursing knowledge and critical thinking
  • Collaborate with physicians, surgical teams, and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes
  • Monitor and document patient information in accordance with facility standards
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times
  • Demonstrate time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Stay current with continuing education and demonstrate professional growth

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Current Georgia RN License
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center (ASC) setting
