The Position

  • EverHope is launching the 10:33 Initiative as a new initiative serving Benton and Madison Counties. As the designated
  • backbone agency, EverHope will lead cross-sector collaboration to help individuals and families move from crisis to
  • long-term stability by connecting community partners, coordinating resources, and strengthening systems of care.
  • The Director of Community Initiatives will provide leadership for the local implementation and ongoing success of the
  • 10:33 Initiative. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships, convening community
  • stakeholders, facilitating monthly alliance meetings, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement, and supporting
  • coordinated efforts that improve outcomes for children and families.

  • building, and collaborative problem-solving. They are highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about bringing

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners including, but not limited to Alliance Partners, local non-profits, state and local government personnel, community business leaders, and the faith-community
  • Organize and facilitate monthly alliance meetings as an opportunity for the community to hear progress updates on the 10:33 Initiative and to connect with other service providers and government agencies in their community
  • Act as an expert in the 10:33 model and processes, providing support to alliance partners
  • Collect and analyze community-wide data, able to articulately present data and graphs to the community
  • Act as direct supervisor for 10:33 Family Advocates, as needed
  • Produce regular updates and reports for publications and grant requirements
  • Develop and maintain trust and positive relationships with Restore Hope partners and stakeholders.
  • Form new partnerships and recruit members of the community to assist in the Model as Point of Contact Providers
  • Advocate for individuals and families
  • Participate in alliance meetings and trainings
  • Promote organization and community collaboration
  • Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the professional standards of EverHope and Restore Hope
  • Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, providing advocacy, case coordination, peer support, or other relevant human services work; or equivalent lived experience that demonstrates the knowledge, stability, and skills necessary to be successful in the role.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally, if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College coursework or a degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in social services, behavioral health, child welfare, recovery, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Arkansas child welfare, behavioral health, or criminal justice systems.
  • Experience collaborating with community partners and navigating complex service systems.
  • Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to represent the initiative professionally in community meetings, trainings, and public events.

  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries while providing compassionate care.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer systems (Google Workspace or similar).
  • Commitment to supporting family preservation, permanency, and healing-centered care.
